There are a variety of different reports within Fanbase, this article acts as a guide on where to find each, and what they contain.

TOTAL REVENUE REPORT

This report can be found on the main admin dashboard. You can download it on the top left tile titled 'Total Revenue', simply click 'Download report' on that tile and the report will be added to your downloads folder.

Once you have downloaded and opened the report, this is what you will see.

The sections of this report are as follows:

  • Summary

  • Fixtures

  • Fixtures by Ticket

  • Events

  • Events by Ticket

  • Season Tickets

  • Memberships

TRANSACTION REPORT

You can find this by clicking on reports on the left-hand side of the admin dashboard, then selecting 'Transactions'.


From here, you can set a date range in the top left and select 'View Report'.

This will then give you a full breakdown of transactions made within the date range set, including a breakdown in both Fanbase and Stripe fees.

You can export this report at any time by clicking on 'Download Report'.


FIXTURE REPORT

This report is for a breakdown of sales for an individual fixture.

The report can be found by:
1. Click 'Schedule' on the left-hand side.
2. Click 'View' on the fixture of choice.
3. On the right-hand side of the screen, click 'Download Tickets'

The report will then contain details such as:

  • Order ID

  • Date of order

  • Customers name

  • Customer email

  • Ticket type information

  • The QR code string of the ticket

  • Whether it was scanned

  • The price of the ticket.

SEASON TICKET REPORT

This report provides information on every season ticket sold.

You can find it by:

1. Click 'Tickets' on the left-hand side.

2. Then, select 'Season Tickets'
3. Click on the 'Download ST Holders' button on the right-hand side.

The report will then contain details such as:

  • Order ID

  • Date of order

  • Customers name

  • Customer email

  • Ticket type information

  • The QR code string of the ticket

  • Address Information

  • The price of the ticket.

  • Fixtures attended.

The season ticket report is the one you should provide to a printing house if you are getting physical tickets made.

MEMBERSHIP REPORT

This report gives you a summary of your member's details and the status of the membership.

You can access this by:


1. Click 'Memberships' on the left-hand side of the admin dashboard.

2. Click the 'Download membership report' button on the right-hand side.

The report will then contain details such as:

  • Membership ID

  • Customers name

  • Customer email

  • Address details

  • Contact details

  • Date of order

  • Membership type

  • Billing details

  • Status of membership

  • Date of cancellation (if applicable)
