Refunding an Entire Order
Click ‘Orders’ on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
Search for the order you want to refund and click ‘View’ on the right.
Click ‘Manage’ in the top-right corner and select ‘Refund Order’ from the dropdown.
The refund summary screen will appear with all tickets pre-selected.
Enter a reason for the refund on the right and select ‘Review Refund’.
Confirm the refund.
Refunding Specific Tickets From an Order
Click ‘Orders’ on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
Search for the order and click ‘View’ on the right.
Click ‘Manage’ in the top-right corner and choose ‘Refund Order’.
On the refund summary screen, untick ‘All Tickets’ and select only the tickets you want to refund.
Enter the reason for refund and click ‘Review Refund’.
Confirm the refund.
✅ This will refund and cancel only the selected tickets.
Refunding a Certain Amount Without Cancelling Tickets
Go to ‘Orders’ from the dashboard.
Search and view the relevant order.
Click ‘Manage’ → ‘Refund Order’.
Untick ‘All Tickets’.
On the right-hand side, enter the specific amount to refund.
Click ‘Review Refund’ and confirm it.
🔁 This refunds a custom amount but keeps the ticket valid.
Cancelling an Order Without a Refund
Click ‘Orders’ in the dashboard menu.
Search for and view the order.
Click ‘Manage’ → ‘Cancel Order’.
The cancellation summary will load with all tickets selected.
Either keep all tickets ticked or select specific ones.
Enter the reason for cancellation and click ‘Review Cancellation’.
Confirm the cancellation.
⚠️ This cancels the ticket(s) without issuing a refund.
