How to manage an order

If you would like to view all orders placed at your club, follow these simple steps.


Steps to View Orders

  1. Go to the ‘Orders’ Page

    • Click the ‘Orders’ button on the left-hand menu of your dashboard.

  2. View the Orders List

    • You will see a list of all orders at your club.

    • At the top of the screen, two tiles will display:

      • Total Revenue generated from all orders.

      • Total Number of Orders received.

  3. Search and Filter Orders

    • Use the search bar to find an order by:

      • Order Number

      • Fan’s Name

      • Email Address

      • Seat Number (if using allocated seating)

    • You can also filter orders by fixture or other criteria.

  4. View Order Details

    • The table provides high-level order information.

    • To see full details, click ‘View Order’ on the right-hand side.

  5. Manage an Order

    • The order summary allows you to take various actions, including:

      • Refunding the Order (if applicable).

      • Resending the Confirmation Email.

      • Download a PDF of the tickets by email or print.

      • Printing Tickets to distribute manually.

      • Adding Notes to the order for internal tracking.
