Here's how to create a promo code on Fanbase:
STEP 1: Find the 'Create a promo' page
Select 'Promo Codes' on the main menu, located on the left-hand side of the Club Portal.
Click the 'Create new promo' button towards the top right of the page.
STEP 2: Create your Promo Code
Fill out the form to create your promo code:
Insert a 'Promo name'
Choose the exact 'Promo code' [Note: the promo code must only contain numbers and letters and cannot exceed 20 characters]
Select the 'Percentage off' that you intend to offer
Decide on how many orders your promo code be redeemed
Decide on how many orders a single fan account can redeem your promo code
Apply a start date and expiration date

Set a maximum number of tickets that can be bought in one order
Apply code to specific products
For example, any type of Standard, Session, Hospitality or Season Tickets
Apply code to specific fixtures and events
🚨 Important note: Once a promo code has been created, you will not be able to amend:
Promo code name
Promo code
Percentage off
Promo code start date
For the sections referenced in the Optional box above, you will be able to add but not remove selections.
For example, you will be able to select another fixture to apply the promo code to but not remove the selection you have already made.
STEP 3: Publish your Promo Code
Change the status to 'Published'
Click the 'Save' button.
