How to create a new season?

To create a new season for your club, please contact the Fanbase Support team so we can process this for you.

You can reach us at support@fanbaseclub.com. Please include your club name and mention that you’d like a new season added to the platform so you can create fixtures and events for the upcoming season.

How to change a club's name?

If you want to change your club's name, please contact the Fanbase Support team so we can process this for you.

You can reach us at support@fanbaseclub.com. Please include your updated club name and someone will be able to process this request for you.

How to add or manage features for a club?

The Fanbase team is also able to manage your club features for you. Please contact the Fanbase Support team so we can process this for you.

You can reach us at support@fanbaseclub.com. Please include your club name and someone will be able to process this request for you. You can also ask to set up a call with our team to talk you through our features and maximising the features on the Fanbase platform.

How to manage club admins?

If you’d like to add more admins to your club platform, please contact the Fanbase Support team.

How to create a seating chart for allocated seating?

If you’d like the Fanbase team to create a seating chart for your allocated seating, please contact the Fanbase Support team at support@fanbaseclub.com.
