Archiving a promo code allows you to set an existing promo code as inactive. This will result in fans no longer being able to use your promo code.
Here's how to set a promo code as 'Archived':
STEP 1: Find your promo code
Select 'Promo Codes' on the main menu, located on the left-hand side of the Club Portal.
When on the Promo Codes screen, you will see all the existing Promo Codes with details including how many have been redeemed and allocated.
Locate the promo code you wish to edit and click the 'Edit' button, located on the right-hand side of the page
STEP 2: Archive the promo code
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Archived.'
Click 'Save'
