Hey! Are you looking to let your fans know where they will get their tickets once they make a purchase? No worries! Just follow the steps below to understand how fans get their tickets.

Once a fan purchases a ticket, there will be two main places where they can find their ticket. Firstly, if they click the wallet button on the bottom of their app, they will be taken to a page which shows all of their tickets - past, present and future. From here, as long as they click on 'View Tickets' for the game they are soon to be attending, their ticket will be shown on screen. At this point, the fan will also have the ability to add their ticket to their phone's wallet to ensure that the digital ticket is available via Apple wallet or Samsung Wallet depending on their device.

Secondly, the ticket will also be sent in a confirmation email to the email which the fan used to sign into their fanbase App. From here, the fan can print off the ticket or use the QR code digitally to scan into a match.
