Hey! Are you looking to scan tickets at your club's next game? No worries - follow the steps outlined below to be set up with a scanner.
Initially, a club admin will have to invite a scanner
This is found in the 'Scanner' section of 'Club Settings', which can be found in the top right of the dashboard
Click the 'Invite Scanner' option
The scanner will then receive an email asking to join
The individual needs to accept this invitation
Then, scanning will be added to their fan app
When at the ground looking to scan tickets...
If you are a designated scanner, open your Fanbase App
Click Scan Tickets to flip into Scanner mode
Click begin Scanning
Then either choose Scan with mobile Camera
Or Scan with Barcode Reader
When scanning, your screen will turn green when the ticket is valid, amber when it is valid but already scanned and red when the ticket is invalid.
Valid but already scanned will also display how many times the ticket has been scanned and when it was last scanned, it will then give you the option to either admit or deny them.
