As we approach the holidays, the team at Fanbase thought we would sneak in one last feature release.
β
We have delivered two of our most voted-for features on Canny (which you can access at the bottom of the left-hand menu by clicking either product roadmap or request a feature).
Here's what is new...
A4 PDF Tickets π
Clubs can now generate professional-looking PDF tickets.
Details such as:
Club name / badge
Fixture details
Fan name
Ticket type and price
Arrival time (for hospitality bookings)
...will all be included as expected.
This now allows clubs to elevate the experience for VIP guests and larger groups.
For example, clubs may want to use this when sending tickets to away teams for their player guests or senior officials.
Equally, this feature will be useful when a large school booking is required to distribute a larger number of tickets at one time.

Search by Seat π
The search-by-seat feature allows you to search for specific seats sold for future matches.
When dealing with any requests that require clubs to identify which seats have been sold for any given fixture, clubs can now use this feature to get a summary in seconds.
For example, if a fan is requesting to move their season ticket seat, clubs can now quickly identify if the newly chosen seat is free or not.

Club Portal UI Improvements π¨
The Club Portal is continuously being improved and improvements have been made to the UI.
Many small changes have been made to the look and feel so Fanbase maintains its reputation as a clean and user-friendly experience.
We are discovering, creating, testing and releasing updates for our platform every 3 weeks and would love to incorporate your feedback into an upcoming feature release.
Please interact with our public roadmap here or via live chat on the Club Portal if you have any thoughts on how we can improve our platform to make it easier for you to service your fans.
