Validity periods have been added to season ticket windows.

When setting up a new season ticket window, clubs now have the power to set a Valid from and Valid to date.

Ideal for half-season ticket offers that are valid from a particular date/fixture until the end of the season.

What else?

1️⃣ Upon receiving a half-season ticket that is not yet valid, the ticket will be blurred until the valid date arrives.

No chance for the ticket to be misused whilst adding a cool experience as the fan 'unlocks' the ticket.

2️⃣ This new feature can also be used to create ticket bundles for sequential fixtures during the season.

It will show under 'season tickets' on the fan app but with the correct labelling, it could be a great way to offering deals to your fans.

Clubs can now edit the details of existing orders and reservations for more flexibility when details change.

The details that can be edited in each order are:

🏠 Address/phone number/postage

🍔 Answers to hospitality questions

An automatic audit trail has been added to orders that captures the time, date and user information of any edits.

Following the new Payment Link feature which can be found using the 'Invoice' option in Ticket Office, clubs can now download a CSV extract of all invoices processed via Fanbase.
