Promo code improvements πŸ“ˆ

Improvements to our promo codes give clubs the flexibility to create discounts for specific subsets of fans.

To allow for this specificity, clubs can now:

  1. Apply promo codes to club tickets

    1. For example 'General Seating' or 'Courtside'

  2. Limit the number of tickets redeemed by one user

    1. Clubs can now 'Set a maximum number of tickets that can be bought in one order using a promo code'

  3. Apply promo codes on season tickets

Automated invoicing and payment links πŸ’Έ

Clubs can now send payment links via the Ticket Office order flow on the Club Portal.

Need to collect payment for a booking?

You can process an Invoice order and Fanbase will send the fan a payment link directly to their email and generate a club-branded invoice. Once payment is confirmed the tickets will be issued.

❌ No need to liaise with finance to generate an invoice

❌ No need to keep checking on payment status to distribute tickets

❌ No need to rely on in-person payments

Fan journey optimisation πŸš—

Fans will now land directly on the seat map view (on allocated seating fixtures) from the fixture link.

As well as this, other improvements have been made so the fan's experience is as optimised as possible. These include:

  1. Viewing the seat map directly from the fixture link

  2. Fan is promoted to login/sign up or use guest checkout after select tickets

  3. Fanbase now remembers ticket choice after fans are prompted to login/sign up or use guest checkout

Fanbase already boasts an impressive average conversion rate. Time to improve it further!

Now they are entirely custom-branded with the team logo and primary colour bringing your brand to the front of the experience, where it belongs.
