What is a recurring slot?

A recurring slot is a slot that repeats at regular intervals. It is set to repeat every X day(s), every Y week(s), for Z workshop(s), with a defined start and end. If possible, we recommend that you offer one available recurring slot per month: you can target weekday evenings or weekends.

What are the benefits?

We recommend that you use the recurring time slot because it simplifies the management of your calendar and allows you to schedule long-term time slots with just a few clicks, which you can then move or cancel as long as there are no bookings. So remember to check regularly that they are still compatible with your schedule.

What's more, recurring slots maximise your chances of filling your workshops and increasing your revenue. Customers book their workshop on average 45 days in advance and return to a page around 7 times before buying: it's therefore important to plan slots in advance so that customers can organise and plan ahead. A recurring slot reassures buyers, whether they're buying for themselves or for someone they want to spoil.

How do I create a recurring time slot?

On the 'My calendar' page of your artisan back-office, click on the 'Add+' button or on the desired time slot on your calendar: the window for creating recurring slots will open. Select the workshop(s) you wish to create. Then activate the 'Recurring slot' option.

Then select a start date, an end date and the frequency of the slots you want to create, and confirm your choice. The slots will immediately be put online and available for booking on the website.
