🫥 I'm going to be away for a while. What should I do?

Are you going on holiday? Do you have a busy period in the workshop? You won't be able to be there for a short or long period of time?

You can enter your periods of unavailability directly from your artisan back-office by adding them to your calendar on your artisan back-office. Click on the "Add+" button and select the "Unavailability" tab. All you need to do is enter a start and end date for the workshops affected by this unavailability and the reason for your absence. Unavailability periods will not be selectable by customers when making slot proposals or privatisation requests.

If you do not have any future slots available after this period of unavailability, the reason for your absence will be publicly displayed on your Wecandoo page: this allows you to reassure gift cards recipients as well as potential buyers.

⚠️ If you are going to be unavailable for a medium to long period of time, it is best to inform the operations team via the instant chatbox in your artisan back-office or by email (artisans@wecandoo.com): together we will find the most appropriate solution for your profile, the associated gift cards and the participants waiting to be replaced.
