The maximum registration deadline is the deadline for customers to register for your workshop. It is specific to each workshop and can be changed in one of two ways as described below: simply select the workshop of your choice in the 'Manage My Business' section of your artisan back-office.

It's up to you to set this deadline according to your own organisation. If you can accept last minute registrations, you'll maximise your chances of booking and filling your slots.

💡 This deadline will take precedence if, exceptionally, you want to keep a slot that has not reached the minimum number of participants required by default.

By default, we will cancel slots that have not reached the minimum number of participants required to maintain a workshop. This cancellation occurs 4 days before the workshop, so it is not possible to have a shorter lead time in this situation. This way you won't get any last-minute surprise bookings for a workshop that is short of the number of people you need to keep it running.

💡 The only exception : if your minimum number of participants is one, then a single booking is enough to meet this requirement! You can therefore change this second deadline as you wish. That's why we advise you to lower the number of required participants on the same workshop management page.
