Why is this important?
If people register 'directly' with you for slots that are also displayed on your Wecandoo calendar, it is compulsory to indicate this on the slot in question.
You avoid overbooking: overbooking causes us to cancel registrations from people who rightly thought their place was free on the date they chose.
You avoid cancellations: if you don't fill in these registrations 'directly', we will obviously only count Wecandoo bookings. However, as we will explain to you by email when this happens (and in this FAQ article), we will never force you to run a workshop that has not reached the minimum number of participants required for the workshop to be profitable, and without any feedback from you, we will cancel it by default on D-4.
How do I add my direct bookings?
From your artisan back office, either on your mobile phone or on your computer. All you need to do is go to your calendar, click on the relevant slot and open its page (by clicking on the pop-up window). You can then create a reservation for X number of seats by clicking on the 'Add a participant' button. Add any information you think will be useful for future monitoring: please note that 'live' bookings depend on your administration.
This will be visible in the list of bookings by looking at the details of the slot:
How do I cancel a direct booking?
All you have to do is press the button at the end of the line in the slot details.
⚠️ Please note: Cancellations made after the Wecandoo deadline by people who have booked 'live' must not affect the workshop in any way: as long as there is a Wecandoo participant, the Wecandoo conditions take precedence, which guarantees that customers will respect the cancellation conditions that we also impose on them.
