You'll find the link to access all your photos and videos at the bottom of your workshop pages in your artisan back-office, under 'Photo Management'. The link will take you to a Dropbox folder where your photos and videos are stored.

Your photos are the showcase of your workshops! ✨

To add new photos to your workshop pages, log in to your artisan back-office. Under 'Manage My Activity', click on 'Workshops', and select the workshop you wish to change. In the 'Manage photos' box, you can upload the photos you want to add from your files.

They should be bright, colourful and of good quality. Ideally, they should show: technical gestures, moments of sharing, creations, your portrait, the location of your workshop, a group photo and your raw materials and tools. They should also be at least 800x800 pixels so that the website can display your photos.

The photos and videos taken by Wecandoo are exclusively for use on your personal website (website, social networks) and for use by Wecandoo. Under no circumstances may they be used on other commercial platforms.

To add new photos to your workshop pages, log in to your artisan back-office. Under 'Manage my activity', click on 'Workshops'. In the 'Photo management' section, you can delete or change the order of your photos.

By clicking on the 'Add' button in the top right hand corner, you can select the photos you wish to delete and drag them to the desired location.

We advise you to put your best photos at the beginning to encourage people to discover more, and to follow this order: alternate photos of technical gestures, finished products, moments of exchange between artisan and participants, raw materials, and then finish with the group photo, a portrait and the location of your workshop.

To change your profile picture, you can send it to us via WeTransfer at artisans@wecandoo.com, making sure that it is at least 800x800 pixels so that the website can display your photo.
