Password reset for LMS learners
If you are an LMS learner without administrative access, you will need to reset your password through the main Alison portal. Detailed step-by-step instructions can be found here.
Password reset for Super Admins, Admins, and Group Managers
Users with administrative access to the LMS have two options for resetting their password:
Reset the password through the main Alison portal (same process as learners), or
Reset it directly from the LMS login page
To reset your password through the LMS portal:
Open the LMS login page
Click the “Reset Password” button, as shown below
An automated password reset email will be sent to your registered email address
Open the email and click the reset link to create a new password
Important:
Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox
The password reset link is valid for 24 hours only
If the link expires, you will need to submit a new password reset request
Once your password is updated, you can continue managing and supporting your learners through the LMS.
