Viewing Analytics: Two Modes Available

You can view your analytics in two different modes:

  1. Based on Bundle

  2. Based on Order

1. Based on bundle

This mode provides a bundle-centric view of your sales data, offering detailed insights per bundle.

When you select “Based on Bundle”, you'll see a summary bar displaying the following metrics for the selected date range:

  1. Bundle Views – How many times the bundle was seen

  2. Bundle Clicks – How many times the bundle was clicked

  3. Number of Sold Bundles – Total quantity sold

  4. Sales Value – Total revenue generated from bundles

Below this bar, you’ll find a detailed table listing all your bundles with the following columns:

  • Bundle Items: Products included in each bundle

  • Bundle name: Name assigned to each bundle

  • Status: The current status of the bundle — Active, Draft (expired due to an end date set in the bundle settings, or Deleted (manually removed from Fast Bundle)

  • Sales value: Total revenue for that bundle

  • Sales number: Quantity of bundles sold

  • Clicks: Number of interactions with the bundle

  • Views: Number of times the bundle was displayed

2. Based on Order

In this mode, you can view detailed information about orders that include bundles.

You can use the Date Range filter at the top of the page to display only the orders placed within a specific time period.

Below the filter, you'll see a summary bar displaying:

  • Number of Orders that Include Bundles – Total number of orders that contain at least one bundle

  • Number of Bundles in Orders – Total number of bundles purchased across those orders

In the next section, you’ll see a table listing all orders that include bundles. Each row represents an individual order, and the columns provide the following details:

  • Order: The Shopify order number

  • Order Date: The date the order was placed

  • Items: The total number of items in the order

  • Bundle’s Total Sales: The total value of bundles sold in that specific order

  • Order’s Total Sales: The total value of the entire order, including bundles and any additional products or payments such as taxes, shipping fees, and other charges

You can click on each order to see more details:

You can click on each order in the table to view more details. When an order is selected, a detailed view will be displayed. This section provides a breakdown of the bundle items included in that specific order.

By clicking “View full order”, you’ll be redirected to the its order page in your Shopify admin.

A URL is linked to each product name, redirecting you to that product’s settings in Shopify admin panel.

Below each product name, you’ll see the variant details. If the product does not have variants, it will display "Default Title".

You’ll also see the original price, the discounted price, and the quantity purchased for each item in the bundle.

Export

In the Analytics tab, you can download your report by clicking the Export button. A CSV file will be generated and sent to the email address associated with your store.

The report will reflect the current viewing mode, either Based on Bundle or Based on Order, depending on which one you’ve selected before exporting.

Once you receive the CSV file, you can open it in Excel or Google Sheets, where you can:

  • Sort columns (e.g., A to Z or Z to A)

  • Apply filters to organize and analyze the data based on your specific needs
