Bundles Tab in Fast Bundle

A Complete Guide to the Bundles Tab and Its Available Options

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Bundles tab in Fast Bundle is where you manage, edit, and organize all of your bundle offers in one central place. This section gives you quick access to every bundle you’ve created, along with tools to view their details, adjust settings, or create new bundles.

At the top of the page, you'll find the "create new bundles" button:

When this button is selected, the 'Choose bundle type' page will open, where you can select the bundle type you want to create and then go through the bundle creation process.

In the bar below, selecting "All" will show all your bundles, including active and draft ones.

By selecting the "Active" tab, only active bundles will be displayed.

When you click on the "Draft" tab, all draft bundles will appear.

The button below can be used to find the bundle by entering the name of the bundle.

You can also use filters to quickly narrow down your list and find the exact bundle you’re looking for.

In the Bundles tab, bundles are shown by default in order of creation date, starting with the newest first. If you prefer to view the oldest bundles first, simply click the sorting button and select “Oldest” to reverse the order.

Your bundles are displayed in a detailed table with the following columns:

  • Bundled Items – Shows the products included in the bundle.

  • Name – Displays the name of the bundle.

  • Discount – Shows the discount value and type, or the number of discount options set for the bundle.

  • Status – Indicates whether the bundle is currently active or in draft.

  • Type – Specifies the type of the bundle.

  • Bundle as a Product – Indicates whether the Bundle as a Product page has been enabled or disabled. (This option is available only for Fixed and Mix and Match bundles.)

In the "Bundled Items" column, you can click the arrow icon to expand the view and see all the products included in the bundle.

You can click the Eye icon to view the bundle on the pages where it appears, such as its dedicated product page, the included product page, or the Bundle Builder.

In the next column, you can manage the status of your bundle, choosing whether to set it as active or keep it as a draft.

Bulk Edit

The Fast Bundle app includes a feature that uses AI to apply bulk edits to your bundles. By clicking the buttons below, the process starts.

You can specify the changes you want to apply using a prompt. Several pre-made prompts are also available for convenience.

The changes will be displayed for your confirmation, and you can then select "Apply to all."

Once confirmed, the changes will be applied. You can click the "Undo" button to revert them, or use the "Start Fresh" button to begin again.

Currently, you can update the discount value and change the status of a bundle between Active and Draft.

(Please note that this feature is available only on the Enterprise plan.)

Duplication:

By clicking the button below, you can duplicate a bundle. This creates a copy of the bundle in your bundle list with the suffix "copy" added to its name. The duplicated bundle will not automatically include the products from the original bundle, so you will need to manually add the included products after duplication.
