Fast Bundle offers a range of subscription plans designed to cater to businesses of different sizes and needs. Whether you're just starting out or managing a large-scale operation, there's a plan that can help optimize your product bundles and boost your sales. Let’s explore the plans and features in detail to understand how Fast Bundle can transform your eCommerce strategy.
1. The Free Plan
Fast Bundle’s Free Plan is designed to assist development stores during their setup phase, as mentioned on the Shopify App Store. This plan provides access to a wide array of tools and features that can help you set up your bundling journey.
Key Features:
Various Types of Bundles: Create and manage a variety of bundle types, including volume discounts and product add-ons on specific products, Fixed bundles, Mix & Match, and FBT (Frequently Bought Together) on selected products.
Design Customizations: Personalize your bundles to match your brand’s unique aesthetic.
Limits:
Some bundle types, including volume discounts and product add-ons on collections, all products, and AI FBT.
Up to $500 in monthly bundle revenue.
Our branding will appear at the bottom of the bundle widgets ("Powered by Fast Bundle")

2. The Standard Plan (1K, 3K, and 10K bundle sales)
For businesses that need more flexibility and enhanced features, the Standard Plan offers a great upgrade.
Key Features:
All bundle types with full options: All of the options within the 5 bundle types are available, for example, the option of creating volume discounts and Product add-ons for all products or a collection.
Free Setup Session: Book a session with our support agents to set up your bundles in the way you desire.
24/7 Support Live Chat: Benefit from our support team around the clock (24/7) with a 30-minute SLA (Service Level Agreement) on first response – our support team aims to reply to your first message within 30 minutes.
Limits:
Three-level bundle sales starting from 1K to 3K and 10K.
No auto-bundle detection
No account manager

3. The Enterprise Plan:
For large-scale operations or businesses with high-volume sales, the Enterprise Plan is the ultimate solution. This plan provides everything in the Standard Plan, plus additional premium features tailored for enterprises.
Key Features:
Automatic Bundle Detection in Cart: Fast Bundle automatically monitors the cart of a customer to check whether there are any bundles in the cart or not, meaning that when customers add the items of a bundle to the cart individually, the app detects it and applies the discount to that cart.
High-Priority Support: Get access to top-tier customer support to resolve any issues quickly.
Minor Specialized Customizations: For Enterprise merchants, we are open to evaluating minor customizations of the bundle widget that require our technical support's effort.

How to approve a plan:
To activate a plan in Fast Bundle, follow these steps:
Go to the Plans tab in your Fast Bundle account.
Enter any promotional or trial extension code if you have one.
Select the plan you wish to activate.
Review and confirm your selection, then approve the plan.
Once approved, you can start exploring all the features included in your selected plan.
How to enter the discount code:
If you have a discount code, make sure to enter it before selecting your plan:
Go to the Plans tab in the Fast Bundle app.
Enter your discount or promotional code in the field provided.
Once the code is applied, select the plan you wish to activate.
⚠️ Important notes:
1. Only one discount can be applied per plan. For example, if a plan is already discounted, such as our yearly plans, which come with built-in savings, you will not be able to apply an additional discount code on top of it.
2. If your discount code contains the period extension of your trial, please note that the following text will not change:
You will see the extended trial period on the Shopify approval page when you confirm your plan.
How to see your current plan
1. Go to the 'Plans section' in the top bar of the Plans tab.
2. Under the Current Plan, you can see:
The name of your plan
Your cycle
Your bundle sales in the current cycle and your Bundle sales limit
3. In the Subscription Plans section, your selected plan is marked, as well:
Plans Cycle:
A plan cycle in Fast Bundle refers to the recurring 30-day period during which your subscription is active. During this time, your usage, such as the total value of allowed bundle sales, is tracked based on US dollars (USD).
At the start of each new cycle, your usage limits are reset, giving you access to the full benefits of your plan for the next 30 days.
⚠️ Important note:
If you upgrade or downgrade your plan during an active cycle, your billing will be prorated. This means you’ll only be charged for the number of days you spent on each plan during that cycle. The billing cycle itself does not change when you switch plans; only the charges are adjusted based on your usage of each plan.
Subscription cancellation
If you wish to cancel your current plan, you can do so by clicking the “here” link provided in this section.
After clicking the link, a confirmation window will appear.
If you click the “Downgrade Plan” button, you will be redirected to Shopify’s approval page to confirm your new plan. Once approved, your plan will be downgraded to the Fast Bundle Standard (1K) plan, which is the first tier.
⚠️ Please note that if your current plan is already the Standard (1K) plan, this step will not appear.
If you click the “Cancel Subscription” button, a window will open asking for your reason for cancellation. Once you select an option, the “Cancel Subscription” button will become clickable, allowing you to proceed with canceling your plan.
⚠️ Important note:
Uninstalling the Fast Bundle app is considered a cancellation of your subscription. However, billing is handled by Shopify and is not prorated, which means you will be charged for the entire billing cycle of your current plan, even if you uninstall before the cycle ends.
