🐰Why is the"Bundles page" or "Bundle Builder page" showing a 404 error?

Sometimes, you may encounter an error message when attempting to access either your "Bundles page" or "Bundle Builder page."

How to solve the 404 error?

The solution applies to both the Bundles page and the Bundle Builder page, so we will explain it here for the Bundles page, and you can use it for the Bundle Builder page as well.


​Restore your Pages

Navigate to the Fast Bundle admin panel > Settings tab > Scroll down to see the "Restore pages" section > Click on "Reset to default" for each affected page.


If this method does not work, it is likely because the bundle's page has been hidden.

Here is how you can fix it:

Check the Page's Visibility

On your Shopify panel, navigate to "Online Store" and select "Pages". Then, click on the "Bundles" page or the Bundle's page and select the "Mix and Match" page for the Bundle Builder.

If the "Visibility" of this page has been set to "Hidden", change it to "Visible" and press "Save".
