Where can I check my plan's limit?

You can check your plan's limit and your current cycle usage in Settings > Plan, Plan Details.

What Happens if You Reach Your Plan's Limit?

If you reach your plan's limit, your service will be paused until the start of the next cycle or until you upgrade to a higher plan. The termination process and email notifications are as follows:

Termination Process:

  1. First Notification:

    When you reach 80% of your plan limit, you will receive an email notification.

  2. Second Notification:

    Upon exceeding the plan limit, you will receive a second email inviting you to upgrade your plan within the next two days.

  3. Third (Final) Notification:

    If you do not upgrade your plan, the service will be paused until the start of your next subscription cycle. During this pause, your bundles will not be displayed to customers. However, rest assured that the offers you have created will not be deleted.
