Have you noticed that not all the products in your collections are showing up in your Collection Mix and Match bundle builder?
Perhaps your Collection Mix and Match bundle builder looks like this while your collection includes more items:

Your collection information is stored when you installed the Fast Bundle app and was updated after creating the offer, but if you make changes to the collection after that, these changes need to be synced with the bundles.
You can easily do this by Navigating to the Fast Bundle admin panel where you created your bundle and clicking the "Sync now" button in the Collections sync section.
After that, your collection items will be reflected correctly in your bundle builder:
