Why are not all of the collection items in the bundle builder?

This article explains how to ensure all products appear in the Collection Mix and Match or Buy X get Y bundle builder.

You might notice that your collection-based bundle builder doesn't display all the items in your collection. For instance:

As you can see, not all items from your Shopify collection appear in the Fast Bundle builder.

Why is this happening?

When you install the Fast Bundle app, it initially stores your collection information. This information is also updated when you create the offer. However, if you make changes to the collection afterward, these changes need to be synced manually with the bundles.

How can I fix this?

You can easily resolve this issue by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Fast Bundle admin panel.

  2. Locate the bundle you created.

  3. Click the "Sync now" button in the Collections sync section.

After performing these steps, your collection items will be correctly reflected in your bundle builder:

By syncing your collections, you ensure that any changes made to your Shopify collections are updated in the Fast Bundle app, keeping your product offerings accurate and up-to-date.
