ℹ️ How Do I Check my Shop on an Incognito Window or Clear my Cache?

Discrepancies in web page views can happen due to cached data stored during previous browsing sessions.

After making changes to a bundle, it's recommended to clear your cache or use an incognito page to mirror the customer's perspective.

Use an Incognito page

To know how a new user will see a webpage for the first time without any site cache or cookies, you can check the link through the "Incognito window".

1- Open the options on the right side.



Click on "New Incognito Window".



How to Clear the Cache


You may need to clear the cache for a site that you've visited before and not use the "Incognito window". We introduce two methods for this.

Go to the website that you want to clear the cache that has been stored on the browser by your previous visits. (This site can be your shop for example)

Method #1

1- From the right top, open the options.​


2- Go to "More Tools" > "Developer Tools".



3- From the menu, choose "Application".



4- Click on "Clear site data".




Method #2


1- From the right top, open the options.



2- Go to "More Tools" > "Developer Tools".




3- Click on the reload icon and hold until the options appear below it.




4- Click on "Empthy cache and hard reload"
