The FastVisa Portal is designed to meet the diverse needs of clients, whether they are companies, individual clients, or law firm team members managing exclusive clients. This portal offers enhanced features and security, requiring clients to have an email address for registration.

Responsibilities

Within the FastVisa Portal, clients have the following responsibilities:

  • Filling out personal information

  • Uploading documents

  • Paying for services

Clients can also easily access important information such as:

  • Case status and scheduled tasks

  • Document upload requirements

  • Immigration case costs

FastVisa Portal Components

To meet client needs, the Client Portal consists of the following components:

Dashboard

Overview: Provides an overview of active cases, pending payments, and case-related reminders.

Client Profile

Data Entry: Simplifies data entry and transfers client information to forms.

Homework

Task Assignment: Assigns tasks and provides detailed descriptions for clients to upload documents online.

Milestones

Progress Tracking: Displays major tasks and due dates, allowing clients to track case progress and scheduled tasks.

Channels

Communication Tool: An all-in-one communication tool for seamless collaboration between you, your team, and clients.

Document

File Upload: Enables clients to upload unlimited files related to their case.

Company and Staff Access to FV Portal

  • Companies: This portal offers a specialized platform for companies engaged in legal processes, facilitating efficient collaboration and management.

  • Staff: Staff members have focused access to proceed with the immigration processes for their assigned clients, ensuring responsibilities are managed effectively.

Initiating Use of the FastVisa Portal

For Clients:

Invitation: Invite clients with an email address via the Manage Portal, navigating to Client Profile > Account or Case#show > Client module.

For Companies:

Invitation: Invite companies with an email address via the Manage Portal, navigating to Company Profile > Company details in the right sidebar.

Employee Assignment: Assign clients to the company, addressing them as clients within their company via the Manage Portal, navigating to Company Profile > Sponsored Employee.

For Law Firm Team Members:

Jump to FV Portal:

Access: Use the avatar icon in the Manage Portal. By clicking the [Go to FV Portal] button, team members can access the FV Portal and focus on clients within their responsibility.

Client Assignment: Assign clients to team members, addressing them as clients within their responsibility via the Manage Portal, navigating to Team Member > Sponsored Employee.
