Case Portal: Simplified Access for Clients

Client without email address will be able to access Case's stuff with Case Portal

For clients without email addresses, we have introduced the Case Portal, which can be accessed with a password. Clients can utilize the following features within the Case Portal:

Payments

  • Current Balance

    Clients can view their outstanding balance or any overpayments within your firm.

  • Next Payment Due

    Displays the amount and due date for the upcoming payment.

  • Balance Activities

    Provides an overview of all payment-related activities.

To-do List

Lists the tasks clients need to complete. The Case Portal's to-do list is equivalent to the homework feature in Manage. Any tasks added in Manage will automatically sync with the to-do lists in the Case Portal.

Case Details

  • Milestones

    Clients can track the progress of their cases over time using milestones.

  • Supporting Documents

    Clients can upload any necessary documents to advance their cases.

  • Correspondence

    If you or your team choose to make correspondence visible to clients, it will appear in the Case Portal. Receipt numbers in the correspondence section can be clicked to view the status of USCIS Forms.
