FastVisa offers a dedicated Client Portal, empowering your clients to collaborate and communicate effortlessly with you and your team members. To access the Client Portal, clients will need to have a valid email address and receive an invitation. If your client doesn't have an email, you can give them access to Case Portal (read other articles related to case portal).
Here's how to invite a client to the client's portal:
Click on the "Accounts" tab.
Make sure the client's email field is filled with their email address. The Client's Profile is automatically saved after updates. If the email field is not filled, wait for the system to give feedback: "Client profile was updated."
Clients can have three different statuses:
Passive
Client is created, but you haven't invited them to the Client Portal yet.
Invited
Client has received an invitation to the Client Portal but hasn't activated their account yet.
Active
Client has set up their account using the email invitation received from FastVisa.
Click on the "Invite Client to Client Portal" button.
If your client is in the "Invited" status, they will receive an invitation email prompting them to activate their account and access the Client Portal.
