For clients without email addresses, we have introduced a Case Portal that can be unlocked with a password. Clients can perform various actions within the Case Portal, including:
View Ledger
Pay Invoices with Credit Cards
Submit Homework
View Case Milestone(s)
View visible Supporting Doc(s)
View visible Correspondence(s)
Here's how clients can access the Case Portal:
Click "Portal" in the right corner of the right sidebar.
Copy the provided link and share it with your client.
Share the password with the client.
Important: Remind the client not to share the link or password with anyone else as it grants access to their Case Portal.
Feel free to share the case portal link and password to your client whenever they need it.
Please note that while the Case Portal is available for clients without email addresses, it is not the preferred method due to security concerns. We encourage clients to use the preferred Client Portal for access. However, if they choose to use the Case Portal, the password must be kept safe.
To update the Case Portal password, click the "Reset Password" button.
By following these steps, clients can easily access the Case Portal, facilitating secure interaction with their case details.
