How get started with Manage Portal from Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first page you encounter upon logging into the application. It provides a comprehensive summary of key data and trends relevant to your work.

Dashboard Overview

Features on the FastVisa Dashboard:

  1. Search Icon

    Utilize the 'Search' function to easily locate specific cases.

  2. Breadcrumbs

    Breadcrumbs display your current location within the application.

    Short-cut button to add case, client, task, comment
  3. Add Case, Client, Task, Comment

    Use the plus button to quickly add Cases, Clients, Tasks, or Comments without navigating to the respective menus.

  4. Process Logs

    Reports, exports, or downloads are conveniently stored in the process logs. From here, you can access and download your reports.

  5. Notifications

    Stay updated on your progress and that of other collaborators. There are two types of notifications:

    • All cases and client creations within your organization are shared with all team members.

    • Case activities are specifically notified to case collaborators.

  6. Avatar Icon

    Clicking the 'Avatar Icon' reveals additional menus for you to access:

    • Profile: Update personal information, passwords, and security settings.

    • Preferences: Set filters and sorting preferences for Cases, Clients, and Tickets and also subscribe for your email preference notification.

    • History: Review a log of your activities within the application.

  7. Navigation menu
    Provides access to 14 essential menus for managing cases and your organization. These menus include:

    • Dashboard

    • Tickets

    • Cases

    • Clients

    • Documents

    • Tasks

    • Control Center

    • Business Center

    • Integrations

    • Team Members

    • Admin Settings

    • Help Center

    • Onboarding

    • Inbox

  8. Tasks Section

    The Tasks section ensures you stay on top of your assigned tasks. On the right side of the dashboard, you can find your incomplete tasks.

    Key features of the Tasks section:

    1. Tick the Checkbox

      Mark tasks as complete once you finish them.

    2. Edit the Task

      Open the Task modal to update task details.

    3. Delete the Task

      Remove tasks by clicking the icon next to the edit option. A delete option will be available.

    4. Download the Incomplete Task List

      Send a download request to the process logs and retrieve the report from there.

    5. View All the Tasks

      Redirects you to the Tasks Menu for a comprehensive view of all tasks.

    6. Reminders and Tasks Graph

      This graph provides a visual representation of the total tasks and reminders for each date within the next 30 days. Hover over the graph and click the download icon to download it as a PNG file.

    7. Understanding the graph

      • Horizontal Axis

        The horizontal axis at the bottom of the graph represents the duration of time, from left to right.

      • Vertical Axis

        The vertical axis on the left side of the graph indicates the number of tasks, measured in numbers.

      • Tasks due within the next 30 days are represented as bars on the graph.
