How to set email notification preference?

You have complete control over your email notifications. You can now choose the specific types of emails you want to receive, ensuring that you stay informed without overwhelming your inbox.

There are two types of email notifications:

  1. Per Item
    ​
    You can set email notifications for any available items whenever you've met the requirements condition. You can look into the details that are explained within each item.

  2. Aggregate
    ​
    You can set monthly email notifications for Visa Bulletin and Expired Documents (Passport, EAD, and Visa Entry).

You can subscribe to email notifications by:

  1. Click the Avatar icon on the top right page.

  2. Select Profile.

  3. Click Email Notifications.

  4. Expand the relevant item section that you want to subscribe to.

  5. Toggle on the switch button for the actions you wish to be notified about.

  6. If you want to receive monthly updates on expired documents for your clients' EAD, Visa Entry, and Passport expiration, click on the "Aggregate" tab.

By following these steps, you can easily customize your email notifications based on your preferences, including receiving monthly updates for expired documents of your clients.
