Documents Expiration Notice

Updated over 2 years ago

In the client profile, you'll find important documents such as passport, visa entry, I94, and EAD, each with an expiration date. As an immigration lawyer, staying informed about approaching document expirations is crucial. To assist you, we have implemented a notification system with four icons indicating the expiration status of these documents.

Here's how the icons work based on the expiration date:

Document Expiration Icon
  1. Expired

This icon will appear if the document has already expired or if it expires today.

  2. 1 Month

This icon will be displayed if the document is set to expire within one month from today.

  3. 3 Months

This icon will notify you if the document is set to expire within three months from today.

  4. 6 Months

This icon will be visible if the document is set to expire within six months from today.

Please note that this feature is exclusively available in the Client Profile within the sections for EAD, passport, visa entry, and I94.

Additionally, the color of each icon will correspond to the font color of the expiration date in the email notification. This way, when you subscribe to the aggregate notification in your profile, you can quickly identify the urgency of the document expiration based on the color of the notification.

By using this notification system, you can efficiently track and manage your clients' expiring documents, ensuring timely action and compliance with immigration requirements.
