Cases are the central component of the FastVisa process, encompassing all immigration requests that have been accepted for progress by your law firm.
To access cases, simply look into your navigation menu and click Cases icon menu.
Simply click the New button then provide all the required data in the case modal to create a new case.
Utilize the search bar to quickly find relevant results by entering keywords. The system searches cases across various categories, including case names, case descriptions, case status, client names, task titles, comments, and correspondences.
Use the filter function to search for cases based on preset categories, such as start date/end date, contributor involvement, procedure, or status.
If you need to search for a specific case using its unique case ID, utilize the advanced search function.
Arrange cases based on your preference by selecting sorting options such as recent, oldest, name ascending, or name descending.
Clear all filters, advanced search settings, or sort options by clicking the "Reset" button.
Download case lists in .csv format for offline access or sharing with others. Use the "Export" function to generate a downloadable file.
Combine data from cases and clients' reports by creating a joined report. Set up the template from Admin Settings if you have admin access. The joined report can be exported in .csv format.
