Comments in FastVisa serve as a platform for communication and additional information related to a case. They facilitate feedback, discussions, and case notes among you and your team members. Here's how you can use comments:
Create new Comments
Click the plus sign on the corner of the Comment's module or on the right top bar, select "Comment."
Type your notes in the available field.
Optionally, set the comment as a red flag to alert all contributors by ticking the checkbox.
Click the "Post Comment" button.
If you choose to add a comment by clicking the plus sign on the right top bar, make sure to assign it to the intended case.
Update Comments
You can only edit your comments, not those of other contributors within the case.
To Edit or Add Additional Details to a Comment:
Click the edit icon on the comment.
Modify the comment details and click the "Post Comment" button.
Using comments effectively allows you and your team to have seamless discussions and collaboratively address case-related matters in an organized and chronological manner.
