Tasks serve as your to-do list when advancing a case, and they play a vital role in communicating milestones and progress to clients.

Here's what you can do with tasks:

  1. Add Tasks

    Include task titles and descriptions to outline the work required. Click on the "+" button on the Tasks modal or click the "+" button on the top right section.

  2. Set Due Dates

    Assign deadlines to tasks to stay on track.

  3. Assign Task Assignee

    Allocate tasks to specific team members for clear responsibility. Simply click "+" button on the Members section. Then click Add/Remove button to assign/unassign members.

  4. Create Email Reminders

    Set up reminders for upcoming tasks to stay organized. Type the email of the intended member then set the reminders time.

  5. Update/Delete Tasks

    Modify or remove tasks as needed.

  6. Set Tasks as Milestones

    Mark tasks as milestones for clients to view in their portal. Simply toggle on the switch button in the View Task modal.

  7. Add Tasks Stickers

    Group information on all tasks you have. Click the stickers icon then add/update stickers as you need.

  8. Assign tasks to more cases

    Assign your tasks to multiple cases for efficient task management.

  9. Add Comments

    Communicate with other team members or leave thoughts about the tasks.

  10. Create Subtasks

    Break down main tasks into smaller subtasks for better organization.
