To streamline the processing of immigration cases, FastVisa provides automation features for forms. Here's how you can work with these forms:
Add or Remove Forms (Reference numbers 1 - 4)
Click the plus sign on the corner of the forms module.
Search or Scroll to find the intended form and click the "Add" button.
If you need to add a government form that is not on the list, let us know.
Simply click the trash icon to remove forms from the Forms module.
Autofill all forms at once (Reference numbers 5)
Click the autofill-all icon to auto-populate intended client information to all forms at once.
Add/Update Stickers (Reference number 6)
To group information for all your forms, click the Stickers icon to add or update stickers. This helps you categorize and organize the forms in FastVisa.
View Form Details (Reference number 7)
Click the eye icon to view the form details.
Auto-populate Client Information (Reference numbers 8)
Click the "User Autofill" button to pre-populate relevant form fields using client information.
A modal will appear to select the client profile. Ensure the client is already added to the Client's module.
Click "Assign Profile(s)" to fill the form with the client's information.
Navigate and Edit the Form (Reference numbers 9, 12, 13)
Use the left arrow icon to return to the Case#show page.
Click the star icon to fill empty fields with "N/A."
Click the checked box icon to tick all checkboxes within the form.
Save and Download the Form (Reference numbers 10 - 11)
Save any changes made within the form by clicking the Save icon.
Download the form by clicking the Download icon (remember to save changes first). Once you click download within the Form view, you can go back to case#show, then check the process logs to actually download your form. It's being processed in process logs before you can actually download it.
Add Activities and Comments (Reference numbers 14 - 15)
Activities in FastVisa will record all the contributors' actions made within the Forms, keeping you updated on any changes. To view all recorded activities, click the Activities icon.
To add your thoughts or notes within the Forms, use Comments. Click the comment icon on the right sidebar, type your thoughts, and then click "Send" to save the comment. This enables effective communication and collaboration with your team members during Form work.
Notes:
After making any updates to the forms, remember to click the save icon to save the changes. This ensures that your modifications are preserved and updated in the system, preventing any data loss and keeping your forms up-to-date in FastVisa.
If you make any updates within client's profile, you can update the autofill data within the Forms by re-autofill client's profile data to the Forms.
