How to Use Global Tasks?

In the Tasks menu, you have a range of powerful features to efficiently manage your tasks and collaborate with your team. All tasks in your organization will be listed in Global Tasks.

Here's what you can do:

  1. Choose your preferred view

    You can view your tasks as Lists, Boards, or in Calendar format.

  2. Sort tasks

    Feel free to sort your task lists by various criteria, including Newest, Oldest, Due Soon, Due Latest, Least Subtask, and Most Subtask.

  3. Utilize filters

    Make use of filters to view specific lists of tasks:

    • Hide Completed Tasks

      Focus on tasks that still need attention by ticking the checkbox to hide completed tasks.

    • Filter by Due Date

      Show tasks that fall within a specific date range you need.

    • Filter by Assignee

      Display only tasks assigned to a particular team member.

    • Filter by Milestone

      View tasks that are marked as milestones.

    • Filter by Stickers

      Show tasks tagged or grouped by specific stickers you choose.

  4. Efficient task management

    Click the More Options icon to access additional settings. You can choose to open all details at once or switch on specific details without expanding the task, streamlining your workflow.

  5. Adding and assigning tasks

    Easily add a new task, which will be listed in the Task menu as an unassigned task. If you want to assign the task to a case, click the Attach icon on the task and search for the desired case to assign. The task will automatically appear within the associated case.

  6. Updating task details

    Update all necessary task details, such as Due Date, Assignee, Description, Milestone, Stickers, and Subtasks. All changes will be saved automatically, eliminating the need to click any save buttons.

With these comprehensive features, you and your team have ample space to manage tasks efficiently, ensuring seamless collaboration and progress tracking.
