How to use Client Comments:
Visit the client's profile, and scroll the page to find the comments icon on the right sidebar.
Write down your insights in the comments section.
Click send to share your comment with the team.
Use the "more options" icon then choose edit to update your comments.
Choose "delete" to remove outdated information.
You can highlight critical notes with a red flag for immediate attention.
By sharing thoughts, notes, and essential information in one central location, we will be ensured that everyone stays on the same page and has access to valuable insights.
