In Team's Tasks (Board View), you can easily view and manage tasks that are grouped by categories, providing a clear overview of your team's progress. Tasks are organized into boards based on chosen categories: Assignee or Stickers.
Here's how the Board View works:
Uncategorized Board
Tasks that are not yet assigned to any team member or tagged with stickers will appear on the 'Uncategorized' board.
Grouping Tasks
To categorize tasks, simply drag and drop them from the 'Uncategorized' board to the appropriate board based on the desired assignee or stickers. This action will assign the task to the intended team member or tag it with the selected stickers. You can scroll horizontally to view more board groups.
Quick Actions
Within each task, click the 'More Options' icon to perform quick actions such as assigning the task to yourself or deleting the task.
Completed Tasks
Completed tasks will automatically appear below the boards, allowing you to focus on the tasks that are still in progress.
Task Details Update
When you click on a task, a right sidebar will appear, enabling you to update any task details. Edit the fields as needed, and the changes will be automatically saved.
