A custom invitation email in FastVisa allows you to create a message template for inviting your clients via email. With this feature, you can save time and effort by not having to type a unique invitation message for each client you want to invite to the client portal.

Customize the Client’s Invitation Message

To customize the invitation email template, follow these steps in the Admin Settings:

  1. Access the Admin Settings Menu and click on "Client Portal Invitation" in the left sidebar.

  2. Customize the invitation message in the existing field according to your preferences and requirements.

  3. After making the desired changes to the message, click the "Update" button to save the customized invitation email template.

By utilizing this custom invitation email feature, you can efficiently and consistently invite your clients to the client portal, ensuring a professional and streamlined communication process.
