Accessing your FastVisa account is essential for managing cases and staying on top of important updates. If you’ve forgotten your login credentials, or if you’re an admin assisting a client with account access, this guide outlines the steps for recovering a password or username quickly and securely.
🔁 How to Recover Your Password
If you've forgotten your password, follow these simple steps:
On the login page, click “Having trouble logging in?” located below the password field.
Enter your registered username.
Once entered, the “Send” button will activate. Click it.
You’ll receive an email with a secure link to reset your password.
📌 Note:
If the email doesn’t arrive right away, you can click the “Resend” button. It may take up to 3 minutes. Still nothing? Contact our support team for help.
We’ve sent a password reset email to your inbox. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder as well.
Clients are not able to request a password reset on their own. This action must be initiated by an admin. (See “Admin: Reset Password for Clients” below.)
🧑💼 Admin: Reset Password for Clients
To help clients who are unable to access their accounts or didn’t receive the reset email, admins can now initiate a password reset on their behalf.
How it works:
Admins can reset passwords only for clients with an Active Portal Status.
From the Client Profile, click the Reset Password button.
A confirmation pop-up will appear before the email is sent.
The reset password email will be sent directly to the client, and CC’d to the admin who triggered the action — for visibility and tracking.

Only admins have access to this feature.
🔍 Forgot Your Username?
If you can't remember your username, here's how to recover it:
Click “Forgot username” on the login page.
Enter your registered email address.
Once entered, the “Send” button will activate. Click it.
