  • Comprehensive Vetting: We do not cut corners in hiring, training, or presentation. Every one of our staff members is interviewed and evaluated in person, ensuring excellent presentation, high experience, and reliability. We do not rely on casual gig workers. We do not outsource responsibility.

  • Concierge-Level Support: Once booked, every client is paired with a personal Event Concierge who oversees preparation, logistics, and client communication. They learn the details of your booking and act as your partner in planning service. Our Concierge can advise on practical questions such as how many staff to book, how much liquor to purchase, or what style of service best fits your event. They can also connect you with trusted vendors and rental partners if you need services beyond staffing.

  • Operational Reliability: FAUR manages scheduling, replacements, and logistics internally to guarantee a smooth experience. We have staffed more than 7,800 events across private homes, hotels, estates, convention halls, and public venues. Our operations team manages scheduling and logistics so that staff arrive on time and in uniform. Each member of the team understands their role before they step on site. This preparation allows us to execute consistently, whether serving dinner for 20 or managing service for 2,000.
