Once your booking is confirmed, FAUR’s operations and concierge teams work with you to tailor your staff, and prepare for the event.

What Happens After You Book

Whether you complete your booking using our Online Booking Portal or contacting us through chat, phone or email, you will receive an email confirmation and invoice with your order summary.

After Confirmation

  1. Your Event Concierge will reach out to discuss timing, uniforms, custom requests/arrangements and logistics.

  2. You will have the opportunity to specify your staffing preferences and if applicable based on your staffing selection, your Concierge will provide you with a tailored look-book for you to hand-pick your staff from.

  3. You and your Event Concierge review and finalize the order details.

  4. The operations team confirms staffing assignments.

  5. Final staff and event details are sent to you before the event.

Your Concierge
They’ll remain your primary contact before, during, and after the event, ensuring communication stays open and personal.


Choosing Your Staff

FAUR offers curated staff selection for certain bookings, allowing clients to review and choose who represents their brand or event.

How It Works

  1. For qualifying bookings, you’ll receive a selection of profiles matched to your preferences.

  2. Profiles include photos, bio, experience highlights, and previous client feedback.

  3. You can request optional interviews (over zoom/google meets) or additional information before finalizing your roster.

Tip: Wondering which bookings include the opportunity to hand-select staff? Head on over to our Booking Page and open a staff card, look at features and look for 'Hand-pick staff from curated bios'. Most roles include this feature.
