Here are five key points on the different types of hotel rates:

  1. Choosing your rate supplier: There are 3 rate suppliers you can choose from – Expedia, Booking.com & the hotel direct. A heads up - using Expedia & Booking.com rates you cannot accrue loyalty points!

  2. Payment options: You can choose either Pay Now: This will charge you at the time of reservation. Or Pay Later: You will be charged after your stay to your preferred payment method. Depending on your company account, payment will either be billed directly to your company or by credit card.

  3. Melon exclusive deal: These are Corporate Traveller negotiated rates - giving you added value benefits. Some of these benefits include early check-in, late check-out, free breakfast, and more.

Remember, if you need to make changes or cancel your hotel, contact your Expert Travel Consultant for assistance.
