When you book for a guest traveller (e.g. someone external with no company profile), a travel profile will automatically be created for them.

  1. In your Hey Menu, go to Admin Portal and select the Users tab.

  2. Select All Guests and locate the required traveller and click anywhere on that person’s line.

  3. This will open up their basic profile information so you can now amend their profile details.

  4. You will also be able to convert their details to a full traveller profile by clicking Convert to full user.


  5. They will now receive a Welcome to Melon email and will be taken through the onboarding process.
