If you have a Loyalty or Reward Card already saved in your Traveller profile, it will automatically be applied to eligible Flight, Hotel, and Car Hire bookings made through Melon. For instructions on adding cards to your profile, click here.

To add a new Loyalty or Reward Card to a booking that has already been made, you have two options:

  1. Visit the provider's website or mobile app and add the card details directly using your booking reference.

  2. Contact your Expert Travel Consultant for assistance with adding your card to the existing booking.
