If you encounter an issue while checking in to a hotel booking, assistance is available as follows:

For Pay-Now Rate Bookings:

Contact your Expert Travel Consultant or the Emergency Assist team to resolve check-in issues. They can liaise with the hotel on your behalf.

For Pay-Later Rate Bookings: You have two options:

  1. Contact your Expert Travel Consultant or Emergency Assist for help with hotel check-in issues.

  2. Download the Conferma Pay App to access the virtual credit card used for the booking. You can then provide payment details directly to the hotel if needed. Click here for details on downloading and logging into Conferma Pay.
