I forgot to cancel my membership - Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, a refund isn’t possible. Cancellations must be made before your renewal date. If you miss the deadline, you’ll be charged for that period as usual.

Refunds or credits are also not provided for accidental purchases, as all bookings and subscriptions are treated as confirmed at the time of purchase.

Refunds are also not issued for memberships canceled after a renewal has been processed, for charges incurred after a trial period ends, or for immediate charges applied during sign-up. To avoid such charges, ensure you cancel before the trial period concludes or schedule your membership to cancel at the next renewal date.

Refunds or credits are also not provided for game sign-ups that were later left or for subscriptions selected by accident. Canceling a subscription will stop future renewals but will not refund past charges.

If you can’t play this month, the pause option might be a great alternative to consider! You can pause your membership instead of canceling, and that way, you won’t lose any credits.

Additionally, proactively managing your subscription by monitoring renewal dates and setting reminders can help you avoid unwanted charges.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review their selections before completing a purchase to avoid unwanted charges.

To cancel your membership, here’s what you need to do:

  1. Open the FC Urban app.

  2. Navigate to your Profile.

  3. Select the My Membership page.

  4. Use the Cancel Membership option to complete the process.

You’ll find the cancellation option there. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current term, even after cancellation.

P.S. Even after canceling, you can still play and use your credits until your membership ends!

Can I reactivate my membership after canceling it?

Yes, you can reactivate your membership at any time through the app if you decide to return.
