If I downgrade, will my rolled-over credits remain in my account?

Credits always follow the plan. If you have a large credit balance and downgrade to a lower plan, your credits will be reduced to the maximum allowed for that plan (the maximum is twice the amount of credits you receive for 4 weeks).
