Subscription credits

As long as you remain an active FC Urban customer on a paid plan, we will rollover any unused credits that you’ve purchased up to the number of credits in your upcoming plan - every month.

For example, if you are on an intro plan with 10 credits, and you did not used any of the 10 credits you purchased in a given month you can roll over 10 credits into your next subscription cycle. This will mean you have 20 credits in your account at the beginning of the new cycle🙌

Credit package

If you have buy a credit package of 10 credits, you can keep them for 6 months.

For example:

You have a LITE plan with 35 credits

You will take 25 to your next cycle. This means that for your next cycle, you will have 25 + 35 = 70 credits to spend.

Important! When you cancel your subscription, all credits will be deprived from your account at the end of your membership; however, you will still be able to use them until the cancelation date.
