Do my credits roll over?

Subscription credits

As long as you remain an active FC Urban customer on a paid plan, we will rollover any unused credits that you’ve purchased up to the number of credits in your upcoming plan - every month.

For example, if you are on an intro plan with 20 credits, and you did not use any of the 20 credits you purchased in a given month you can roll over 20 credits onto your next subscription cycle. This will mean you have 20 credits in your account at the beginning of the new cycle πŸ™Œ

Credit package

If you have bought a credit package of 10 credits, you can keep them for 6 months.

For example:

You have a LITE plan with 40 credits

  • You used 20 subscription credits

  • Bought 10 extra credits

You will take 30 to your next cycle. This means that for your next cycle, you will have 40 + 30 = 70 credits to spend.

Important!

1. Credits roll over for a maximum of a month. See example:

  • January: 10 unused credits > They will roll over to February

  • February: you have 20 unused credits + 10 unused credits from January > 20 unused credits from February will roll over to March, however, the 10 unused credits from January will now disappear

2. When you cancel your subscription, all credits will be deprived from your account at the end of your membership; however, you will still be able to use them until the cancelation date.
