Do my credits roll over?

Until 31st December 2025: Subscription credits continue to roll over as they currently do - up to the number of credits in your plan.

Starting 1st January 2026: Credits will no longer roll over. Each four week billing cycle, you'll receive your plan's credits, and any unused subscription credits will expire at the end of that 4 week billing cycle.

Pay per game credits: If you purchase pay per game credits, those credits remain valid after purchase and do not expire.

Important:

  • When you cancel your subscription, all subscription credits are removed at the end of your membership period

  • You can see exactly when your credits expire in your transaction history

  • Every 4 weeks on your billing date, you receive fresh credits

In FC Urban, bookings and credits are directly tied to your active membership. This means that:

  • Credits can only be used while your membership is active.

  • Bookings scheduled outside the period of an active membership are not honored.

Maintaining an active membership is essential to ensure that your bookings remain valid and your credits usable.

Impact of Voluntary Membership Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your membership:

  • You lose eligibility to use any remaining credits.

  • Any bookings scheduled for dates after your membership ends will be canceled.

To avoid losing your bookings, ensure that your membership remains active through the dates of your scheduled games.

Impact of Cancellation Due to Non-Payment

Memberships canceled due to unpaid invoices or overdue renewals also affect bookings and credits:

  • When a membership is canceled for non-payment, any bookings associated with that membership are removed, even if they were secured using credits.

  • Reactivating your membership allows you to rebook sessions, but the original bookings are not preserved once the membership is canceled.

Steps to Reactivate Membership and Rebook Sessions

If your membership has been canceled and you wish to regain access to bookings and credits:

  1. Log in to your FC Urban account.

  2. Navigate to the membership section and settle any unpaid invoices or renew your membership.

  3. Once your membership is active again, proceed to rebook your desired sessions.

Please note that reactivating your membership does not restore previously canceled bookings. You will need to create new bookings for your preferred game dates.
